Protection & Welfare Committee

The Protection and Welfare Committee is responsible for police and fire district representation, law enforcement, traffic safety, nuisances, public health, park recreation and community programs. In lieu of standing committee meetings, the Village Board currently convenes as a Committee of the Whole on the second Monday of each month. The Protection and Welfare Committee meets only if an item is specifically referred.
